Hey peeps, I’ve been out of town for a few days and haven’t had time to update the blog but now I am back and have a bit of time to write a few thoughts down – before I fall off the chair from exhaustion.

I saw Barack Obama’s speech on TV today and I remain in awe of him. He is a born speaker, incredibly well spoken and a true leader. I am sure he will do great things for America and the rest of the world. Amazing man.

Another urgent thought: I really must get a tan. I wore short black trousers these past few days and my very bright and aware son said: “Mom you look like a chess board, black and white”. I must get a tan, I must get a tan..

Not the most interesting of blog entries but don’t expect more from a pale white, Danish, extremely tired woman.

Obama’s week compared to mine. It ain’t pretty.

President Obama is making me look really bad. I know, he can’t very well be on the lazy side during the first week of his presidency but I’ve never seen such a busy President before. He really makes my head spin! He is running around doing this and that – and on the seventh day he shall probably rest like God himself.

And what about me? I can’t even get my vacuuming done. I wonder if Joe Biden has me beat, too?

Cliff’s Time Machine Tour looks awesome, can’t wait for the DVD!!

Cliff has always had a flair for lights and scenery and with this new tour he has truly outdone himself. Of course he has tons of people to help out – but wow, what a show. I can’t wait for the DVD – it’ll come out in December and I am gonna own it for sure. The man is a legend and his shows are awesome!
