A lady almost bit off my head today at the drug store. There was a bunch of people there and I didn’t see the queue so I just went straight to the counter. She was right behind me and said something to the likes of “Can’t you see there is a line here?” . I apologized and went to the back – and as I passed her, she said “If people walk in front of the line, it will never be my turn, don’t you understand that?”. I apologized again. By the time I reached the counter, I was really in need of some relaxing anti-depressants ! Wow. Rudeness epidemic. Chill, lady, chill. It’s not like I held you up at gunpoint.

Right before dinner I went to feed the ducks at the local park and they were SO hungry today! I had a whole lot of old bread lying around and I really needed the fresh air  
I emptied the whole bag and the poor things were fighting for it!

3 free and super cool video editing sites

I sure wish I had a video camera so I could make more video posts. I really enjoy filming but unfortunately my cellphone can only record 14 seconds at a time …

Anyway, if you do happen to have a video camera and you have some cool files you wanna play around with, here’s a little list of free, online video editors to have fun with:

First of all we’ve got Jumpcut. You need to register and then you can upload and edit your video files. They have some rather nice effects you can apply to your video.

Then we’ve got Photobucket which is no longer just for photos. You can upload your video, edit and share with the community there.

You get 750 Mb free storage space with the free account at Motionbox and a 30 days premium sampler to get a taste of the good, more expensive life 🙂

Should I shower with my dvd recorder..hmm..

I’m doing better now, thanks for asking 🙂 Yesterday was an all-time low, both mentally and physically. I stayed in bed, cried and blew my nose and coughed and blew my nose and cried. I kinda think I needed a day like that..spilling my guts in numerous ways!

I’ve been on my feet today and this night I’ve been trying to transfer some old VHS tapes to DVD. I can’t work it out, though. I think I’ve got the scarts connected wrong but I have tried lots of different variations with no luck. I am not a tech person and logical thinking is not my strong side. I don’t go from A to B but from A to F via K and then with a little luck, I end up at B after it’s been explained to me multiple times.

I wanna transfer from the VHS player to my DVD recorder..but I’m leaving it for tonight, though. No need getting stressed out and crying because of THAT. Yup, I am highly sensitive these days. It’s the weather. That’s my story, anyway.

What I really wanted to mention here is that I have found a cool photo effect tool online. It’s called BeFunky and it will turn your photos into works of art. I took an old portrait of mine and turned it into the cool colorful thing that you see in this entry 😉 Go check it out for yourself.

Carrie, gore and my bad, bad cold

I’ve watched Carrie this morning and it was not as frightening as I’d expected but then again, horror movies never are. There are a few scary scenes but I was never truly on the edge of my seat. As flat a feeling as it left me with, it does however belong in my horror collection. It does have religion, sex, blood, gore..I’m keeping it.

I am staying at home today with tons of tissue cos my cold has truly erupted – kinda like Carrie did – and I am coughing and sneezing and making the walls shake. So once I’ve been downstairs to buy more tissue paper, I’ll curl up with another scary movie. I just haven’t decided which one yet.

I’m thinking maybe one of the six billion Halloween movies..?

Suggestions would be nice.
